Payment Methods
You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card (3D Secure), bank transfer, or PayPal. Please note that we do not accept changes to the payment method after the order has been completed.
Credit Card Payment
Accepted cards must support 3D Secure and include VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, etc.
Bank Transfer
Please transfer the total amount to the designated bank account within three business days after your order is confirmed. Be sure to make the transfer under the name of the purchaser.
※If the transfer is made by someone other than the purchaser, please contact us in advance and inform us of the transfer name.
※Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
※Shipment will be made after the payment is confirmed.
※If the transfer is not completed by the due date, the order will be considered invalid.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot control or predict these fees. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
As stated in our Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
※While we take great care in quality control, please note that vintage items may show minor signs of use such as wrinkles or fraying. Please purchase with an understanding of these characteristics. Items that are usable and not defective will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
※Due to differences in monitor or device settings, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what is shown in images. Color discrepancies will not be considered a fault.
※Upon receiving your order, please open the packaging as soon as possible and check the item.
※When returning a product, please send back all contents, including the guarantee card, promotional items, and catalogs if included.

Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or a product different from your order, we will promptly exchange it with the same item (only if available in new condition) or repair it. If neither option is possible, a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.
If the order was placed using a credit card and a cancellation is requested based on our terms, we will attempt to cancel the charge. If cancellation is not possible, we will issue a refund via bank transfer.
